Serenity features new construction 12 garden homes with a total of 24 residences. These homes designed for light and airy open living with spacious rooms, two-car garages, and a variety of floor plans and personalized selections. As a not-for-profit Life Plan community, Berkeley Square provides all levels of high quality care. Our mission drives our organizational priorities, and we reinvest our revenue into expanding programs and services for residents and clients. At Berkeley Square, we are committed to lifetime care— which means you can have peace of mind knowing that your needs will be met no matter what the future may bring.

Entrance Fee

As a member of our community, residents will pay a one-time entrance fee. This is an investment in our community and a commitment to support our not-for-profit mission. Entrance fees ensure we are able to maintain our commitment to providing lifetime access to all levels of care. Entrance fees also support capital improvements in the community, helping to ensure that our campus is always beautiful and well-maintained.

Monthly Rate

Your monthly rate covers many of the bills that you would pay at your house including your mortgage or rent, interior and exterior maintenance, security, property tax and homeowners insurance. However this rate also includes a variety of lifestyle and recreational services and amenities that make living here a priceless experience.

Financial Terms

Non-refundable portion (30%) paid at contract signing. 

A refundable portion (70%) of the residency fee depreciates over 5 years.

Now's the Time for Serenity

We can't wait to welcome you to your new home in a community featuring boundless amenities for a vibrant lifestyle, including maintenance-free living and the security of five-star care. Our team will walk you through every step of the process to ensure your move to Serenity Drive is as seamless as possible. 

  1. Schedule a tour and discover what makes our Berkeley Square community special. 

  2. Fill out our easy pre-approval application to ensure living here is the best fit for you. 

  3. Once your application is approved you will be asked to select your home and sign your residency agreement.  

  4. With your contract complete, it’s time to start planning your space.  Visit our design center and work with our team to personalize and plan your space. 

  5. With selections completed and a plan in place, our Construction Services team will oversee the building and finishing of your dream home. 

  6. One month prior to your move-in date our team will meet with you to review your move-in checklist.  

  7. When move in-day arrives, your team will be on site to provide your keys, garage door opener and welcome you to your new home.
