All homes are built with quality and craftsmanship in mind and managed by our in-house construction team that has overseen every home built on our campus for the past 30 years and take great pride in their work.

Entrance Fee
As a member of our community, residents will pay a one-time entrance fee. This is an investment in our community and a commitment to support our not-for-profit mission. Entrance fees ensure we are able to maintain our commitment to providing lifetime access to all levels of care. Entrance fees also support capital improvements in the community, helping to ensure that our campus is always beautiful and well-maintained.
Monthly Rate
Your monthly rate covers many of the bills that you would pay at your house including your mortgage or rent, interior and exterior maintenance, security, property tax and homeowners insurance. However this rate also includes a variety of lifestyle and recreational services and amenities that make living here a priceless experience.
Financial Terms
Non-refundable portion (30%) paid at contract signing.
A refundable portion (70%) of the residency fee depreciates over 5 years.

Once your application is approved you will be asked to select your home and sign your residency agreement.

With your contract complete, it’s time to start planning your space. Visit our design center and work with our team to personalize and plan your space.

With selections completed and a plan in place, our Construction Services team will oversee the building and finishing of your dream home.

One month prior to your move-in date our team will meet with you to review your move-in checklist.
